What worked for us is that all previous Nicorette adverts made quitting smoking such formal, life changing, and somewhat stressful undertaking. This advertisement essentially turned that process into something casual and humorous. The ad company behind this got the marketing right...they're changing perception. Overall, a huge thumbs up for this marketing piece from us.

Yeah, this is a great ad alright, but for people trying to quit, it's as dangerous as a McDonald's commercial is to an obese person. Hearing the word cigarette repeated nine times only makes you want to have a cigarette. Good job Nicorette for adding to the addiction.
I think it's a wonderful marketing scheme. As a reformed smoker (4 years now, using the gum to quit), the shark represents the constant attack and the "instant fix" of the Nicorette helps provide sanity in a moment of chaos.
God bless all who are addicted, as it's nothing but evil.
